CANCELLATION POLICY

Children & Guests • Children are not permitted in the lounge. • For safety and sanitation, no visitors (including infants, pets, partners, or friends) are allowed in treatment rooms or the waiting area. Appointments & Timing • Your appointment time includes your on-time arrival, service duration, and post-service sanitation. • A 10-minute grace period is given starting from your scheduled time. On the 11th minute, your appointment will be canceled. • If canceled, a new deposit will be required to rebook. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Life happens, if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via phone or our booking site (during business hours). • Rescheduling within 24 hours is not allowed, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Cancellations must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Deposits • A 50% deposit is required when booking. This secures your appointment time and esthetician. • All deposits are non-refundable. Walk-Ins • Walk-ins are welcome daily, but wait times may vary. • Clients with appointments have priority. Punctuality • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to avoid running late. • Late arrivals disrupt the schedule and impact other clients. Hygiene Reminder • Out of respect for your esthetician and for health standards, please practice proper hygiene before your wax appointment. Thanks for respecting these policies.
